Northern Territory Government is recruiting for multiple SAO1 Assistant Director roles in Workforce Strategy. You will lead a small team delivering enterprise workforce planning and workforce development solutions that build capability and support workforce sustainability across the Northern Territory Public Sector.

This role combines leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic workforce planning expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability.
• Experience leading complex workforce initiatives and organisational change projects.
• Excellent written communication, executive briefing and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes across multiple agencies and senior leaders.
