Job summary

Christadelphian Aged Care – Gladesville NSW is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for casual, flexible shifts across AM, PM and night rosters. You will deliver safe, person-centred nursing care, lead and mentor a team of Assistants in Nursing, and act as a clinical decision-maker while ensuring precise documentation and medication administration.

To be considered you must hold current AHPRA registration, have at least 2 years’ aged care experience, and be able to work right to work in

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years experience in aged care or similar.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a clinical team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Police Check and Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care per AHPRA standards.
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistants in Nursing.
• Act as clinical decision-maker, responding to residents’ condition changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.
