Ability Action Australia is expanding its occupational therapy team in Brisbane to support NDIS participants across community settings. You’ll balance clinic and in-home visits, working with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful goals.

Formación

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team.
• A passion for helping people in the disability sector.

Responsabilidades

• Manage caseload and deliver therapeutic services in line with participant goals.
• Assess emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical function.
• Develop evidence-based treatment goals and interventions.
• Recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications for independence.
• Support participants in home, school, work, and community settings.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and best-practice standards.
