Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive and innovative mindset with a desire to help people with disability.
• Able to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload and deliver therapeutic services aligned with participant goals.
• Assess emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical function.
• Develop evidence-based treatment goals and tailored interventions.
• Recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications for independence.
• Support participants at home, school, work and in the community.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and best-practice standards.
