Ability Action Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a flexible role that balances home-based and community work. You’ll manage a diverse caseload across Bayside regions, delivering client-centred therapy with strong supervision and mentoring from experienced OTs.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload aligned with your areas of interest.
• Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical functions.
• Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions.
• Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings.
• Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology to promote independence.
• Staying compliant with current legislation and NDS guidelines.
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
