Job summary

Ability Action Australia in Canberra is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will manage a caseload, deliver therapeutic services, and assess participants’ development and function in community settings.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
• Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function.
• Interpret findings to formulate individualized treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve quality of life and goals attainment.
• Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
