Job summary
ASC Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 administrator to support and evolve our digital workplace. You’ll manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams, ensuring secure, reliable, and user-focused services for a national defence-oriented organisation.
Reporting to the ICT Manager - Operations & Service Delivery, you’ll monitor platform health, apply updates, assist users, and work with internal teams on improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on user experience.
- Experience managing security, access controls and cloud compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across teams.
- Organised, adaptable and focused on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services across the organisation.
- Manage system configuration, updates, patching and user access across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and related services.
- Monitor platform health and proactively investigate and resolve issues impacting users and business operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users, helping them maximise the value of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams on platform improvements, documentation, projects and continuous service enhancement initiatives.
