InfinitO2 Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an experienced M365 Network Specialist to design, implement, manage and optimize Microsoft 365 connectivity across cloud, hybrid, and secure enterprise environments. You will ensure secure, reliable delivery of Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID, with a focus on NV1+ security, disaster recovery, and performance.

Qualifications

5+ years designing and supporting enterprise networking with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs.
Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity and identity services.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, manage, and support network connectivity for Microsoft 365 services.
Configure hybrid connectivity: Azure networking, ExpressRoute, VPN, DNS, proxies.
Support Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, MFA and SASE.
Monitor and optimise Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and overall network performance.
Lead cloud migrations and hybrid modernization related to M365 services.
Document architectures, DR plans, and operational procedures.
