Ingenia Lara Lifestylesite is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant Manager to help coordinate day-to-day operations and maintain a high standard for residents and guests. You will support the Community Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences in a vibrant, welcoming community.

The role emphasizes resident engagement, safety, and smooth administration, with opportunities to contribute ideas and energy to enhance lives across the park and its facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in community or property management.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.
• Proactive and able to handle emergencies or unexpected issues.
• Understanding of WHS standards and budget/resource management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations and site maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate events and social activities to build an engaged community.
• Manage administration tasks, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with resident queries, resales processes, and urgent situations when required.
