Job summary

Procare Group is seeking Factual Investigators experienced in General Insurance (GI) to join our team. You will interview key parties, gather evidence, and produce detailed factual reports with autonomy over your day.

Opportunities exist for full-time, casual, and contractor roles. The role covers Sydney metro and wider NSW, with options to work from home or office locations. A strong emphasis on communication and accuracy is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E and Master licence);
• Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
• Experience conducting General Insurance investigations is mandatory;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines;
• If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.

Responsibilities

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW;
• Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
• Prepare and draft factual reports.
