Job summary

Procare Group is seeking a motivated Factual Investigator to join our Darwin team, supporting field enquiries, reporting and evidence gathering. You will work with our experienced team to deliver high quality insurance investigations across the Northern Territory.

The role offers flexible work arrangements – work from home or from our offices – with comprehensive induction, ongoing support, and a consistent workflow. Applicants should be contracted entities with relevant insurances.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Investigations is required.
• Investigators Licence (current or in process).
• Driver's license and own vehicle are required.
• Experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP claims is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Set up as Pty Ltd or Sole Trader with relevant insurances.

Responsibilities

• Assist investigators with field enquiries and case administration.
• Skip traces and witness location support.
• Prepare and draft factual reports.
• Interview key parties across Darwin and NT, collate evidence for reports.

Are you ready to make an impact? Procare Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Factual Investigator to join our dedicated Darwin team. Working alongside our experienced full-time investigator, you’ll play a key role in delivering high quality, insurance investigation services.

The role is busy but incredibly rewarding and enables you to have variety and autonomy over your day to:

• Assist investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
• Skip traces & witness location support;
• Prepare and draft factual reports;
• Attend various locations within Darwin and across the Northern Territory to interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner; and
• Support the operational needs within our Surveillance and Desktop Intelligence team.

We are interested in hearing applicants who are established as a contracting entity.

About You:

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations;
• Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (or in process of obtaining);
• Have a current and valid driver's license and vehicle;
• Ideally have experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP claims;
• Have excellentwritten and verbalskills;
• Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
• Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
