Job summary

Procare's Factual Investigations Division is seeking Factual Investigators experienced in General Insurance (GI) to join our team in Sydney. As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers variety and autonomy over your working day, with work in Sydney metro and across NSW.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence, have a valid driver's licence and vehicle, and possess GI investigations experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence (Class 2E and Master licence).
• Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
• Experience conducting General Insurance investigations is mandatory.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW.
• Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
• Prepare and draft factual reports.
