Job summary

Procare Group is seeking Factual Investigators for the Factual Investigation Division based in Canberra. The role involves traveling to locations within Canberra and across the ACT, interviewing parties, collecting statements, and preparing comprehensive factual reports within set timeframes.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Investigations, a current Investigator Licence (Class 2E) with a Master Licence preferred for contractors, a valid driver’s licence, and strong written/verbal

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Investigations is required.
• Current Investigator Licence (Class 2E) is required; Master Licence if applying as a contractor.
• Current driver’s licence and vehicle access are required.
• Experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend various locations, predominantly in Canberra and across ACT.
• Interview key parties, take statements and gather evidence.
• Keep investigations support team informed throughout each matter.
• Prepare detailed, accurate factual reports within required timeframes.

We have full time and contractor roles available.

The Role:

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Canberra and a proportion of work across ACT;
• Interview key parties, take statements and gather relevant evidence;
• Keep the investigations support team and other relevant parties informed throughout each matter; and
• Prepare detailed, accurate factual reports within required timeframes.

What you'll bring:

• Certificate III in Investigations;
• Current Investigator Licence (Class 2E), plus a Master Licence if applying as a contractor;
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines; and
• Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations ispreferred.
