Job summary

AGL Energy Limited in Melbourne is hiring a Flex Product Lead to drive the Flexible Product strategy, roadmap and commercial performance. You will lead a small team of Proposition Managers responsible for proposition development, optimisation and delivery, partnering with e-Mobility and Electrification Leaders to identify growth opportunities.

The role focuses on scaling AGL’s Flexible Product portfolio, including asset-linked and non-asset-linked plans, to lead electrification and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, Energy Management or related discipline.
• Significant experience in product management, proposition management, commercial strategy or energy product development.
• Experience leading people and building product capability.
• Experience developing products within highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of electrification, distributed energy resources, EVs, batteries, solar tech or customer flexibility products.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Flexible Product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop a team of Product and Proposition Managers.
• Partner with Head of e-Mobility and Head of Electrification to align priorities.
• Own portfolio performance outcomes balancing acquisition, engagement, retention, growth and value.
• Drive improvements to product management practices and governance.
