AGL Energy in Melbourne is seeking a Flex Product Lead to own the Flexible Product strategy and roadmap, while leading a small team of proposition managers. You’ll collaborate with e-Mobility and Electrification Leaders to identify growth opportunities and deliver customer value across energy plans.

The role resides in the Product & Commercial team, focusing on electrification and customer flexibility, with hybrid work options and a path to grow leadership capability within a dynamic, regulated

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive product management, proposition management, and commercial strategy experience in energy.
• Proven leadership of teams and development of product capability.
• Experience delivering products in highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of electrification, EVs, batteries, solar, and DER.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Flexible Product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead a team of Product and Proposition Managers.
• Partner with Head of e-Mobility and Head of Electrification Products & Channels to align priorities.
• Own portfolio performance outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, product adoption, growth and profitability.
• Drive improvements to product management practices, governance frameworks and product capability.
