AHS Nursing Agency is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our Dee Why-based team in NSW. The role provides ongoing shifts, ideal for experienced support workers seeking additional hours.

You will provide personal care, domestic assistance, and support for community access, with a focus on autism and sensory needs. A Working with Children Check is mandatory; WWCC required.

We value reliability, calm communication, and the ability to work closely with families and the care team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Experience supporting children with Autism, sensory needs, or vision impairments.
• Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
• Proactive approach to helping clients achieve goals and community participation.
• Physically capable of safe mobility support and community access.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families.
