Job summary

Kare Call Pty Ltd in Cranbourne East is seeking Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care to children with autism across Melbourne's south‑east suburbs. You’ll work one‑on‑one with children and families to help them reach developmental goals and participate in daily activities.

The role offers flexible hours, ongoing guidance from a supportive team, and the opportunity to build long‑term relationships with children and their families while contributing to their safety,

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent disability qualification.
• Experience or strong interest in supporting children with autism.
• Ability to obtain Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Valid Australian work rights and satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and their families to support development.
• Help children reach developmental goals and improve communication skills.
• Support participation in community activities with safety and empathy.
• Provide consistent, nurturing care throughout onboarding and ongoing work.

Kare Call is a growing, family-focused disability support provider delivering person-centred care to children across Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. We specialise in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to build skills, confidence and meaningful daily routines.

We're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our friendly team on an ongoing casual basis.

What you'll need

• Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent disability qualification (required at the time of application)
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, supporting children with autism
• Valid Australian work rights

• Satisfactory references
