Job summary

TAFE NSW is recruiting an Education Support Officer to back the National TAFE Network Remote Student Support project on a casual basis across 26 regional NSW campuses, including Finley. The role focuses on general education support, helping students onsite with navigating technology and resources while delivering welcoming pastoral care.

A Certificate III or higher is required, and you will join a supportive team committed to student success.

Qualifications

• Certificate III qualification or higher is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to assist students with technology and online resources.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students onsite at campus locations.
• Support orientation activities and ongoing education support.
• Help students navigate technology and access resources.
• Provide pastoral care to help learners stay on track.
