Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking motivated Education Support Officers to support the NTN Remote Student Support project on a casual basis. You will greet and assist students onsite across the listed regional campus locations, participate in orientation activities, and provide ongoing education support and pastoral care throughout their learning journey.

This hands-on, campus-based role cannot be performed remotely, and will focus on helping students navigate technology and access resources to stay on track

Qualifications

• Certificate III qualification or higher in any discipline.
• Experience as an adult learner and ability to motivate and encourage others.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students onsite and participate in orientation activities.
• Provide ongoing education support and pastoral care throughout the learning journey.
• Help students navigate technology and access resources to progress in their studies.
• Foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere for all learners.
• Assist students to use technology, including Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• This is a hands-on campus-based role that cannot be performed remotely.
