Sidekicker is actively recruiting Chefs across the Sunshine Coast, from Commis Chefs to Chef de Parties, offering flexible shifts that fit your schedule. If you thrive in busy kitchens, you'll have the chance to work across a variety of venues, build experience, and sharpen your craft.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is highly recommended (not essential).
• Experience across kitchen sections such as breakfast, butchery, seafood, poultry, pastry, salads, canapés, sauces, stocks.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to menu standards.
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations in fast-paced environments.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assisting with stock rotation, inventory checks, and ordering.
• Delivering consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
