Responsabilités

• Food Preparation - cook dishes to highest quality standards and on time.
• Kitchen Management - maintain equipment, cleanliness and organisation.
• Team Coordination - work with culinary team to deliver high quality food and service.
• Safety and Sanitation - uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Menu Planning - assist with developing and refining menus.
• Communication - liaise with front of house and kitchen leads.
• Kitchen Safety - model and enforce safe practices across the kitchen.
