Qualifications

• 2+ years in workshop or service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or control role.
• Hands-on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, automotive, or equipment maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage workshop scheduling, resource allocation, and job throughput.

Responsibilities

• Manage workshop organisation, bay allocation, and work scheduling.
• Enforce standard operating procedures and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Monitor KPIs including turnaround times and maintenance efficiency.
