Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment in Harrington Park, NSW seeks a specialist to support a transport fleet management SaaS platform. You will provide customer and technical support via phone, Zendesk, and Teams, troubleshoot issues, and assist with onboarding and data imports (Excel).

This is application support with operational context, not general IT; you’ll liaise with Development, Support, and Sales teams to improve products and processes. On-site role in NSW with permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport or fleet operations and NHVR compliance.
• SaaS or application support experience.
• Zendesk or helpdesk/ticketing systems experience.
• Strong Excel skills for data formatting, imports, manipulation.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, or system integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and technical support via phone, Zendesk, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot software, configuration, data, and workflow issues.
• Investigate and document bugs for developers.
• Assist with customer onboarding and data imports (Excel).
• Maintain and improve knowledge base documentation.
• Work closely with Support, Development, and Sales teams.
• Contribute to product and process improvements.
