Job summary

SG Fleet AU in Canberra is seeking a proactive client services professional to act as the first point of contact for customer requests, manage a portfolio with Relationship Manager support, and seek opportunities to maximise renewals and organic growth.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, review customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared objectives while maintaining KPIs and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in business or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including active listening.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• High attention to detail.
• Fleet management knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio alongside the Relationship Manager, delivering high-quality fleet services.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and drive upsell initiatives.
• Monitor fleet performance to optimise costs and outcomes.
• Prepare accurate quotes within SLA timeframes and track outcomes.
• Manage vehicle terminations and restructures in line with best practice.
• Ensure KPIs and contractual obligations are met or exceeded.
• Build strong client relationships to support revenue growth and account planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared business objectives.
