Job summary

Qube is seeking a Fleet Allocator to join the Moorebank operations team and coordinate daily transport movements, ensuring on-time deliveries and optimal fleet utilisation. You will work closely with drivers, customers and internal teams to maintain high service levels and robust safety practices.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport allocation, fleet scheduling, logistics coordination or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities.
• Sound computer skills and experience using transport management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate daily transport movements to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure freight movements are completed on time.
• Manage driver and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency.
• Liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Track vehicle, trailer and equipment movements across the network.
• Maintain accurate transport records and update Transport Management Systems.
• Provide drivers with job information, documentation and operational support.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety requirements and compliance obligations.
