Job summary

Crown Equipment Pty Ltd - Australia is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our rental business. You will coordinate equipment movements, manage rental agreements and provide high-quality customer service across Sales, Service and Transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, service coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
• Experience in rental, fleet, transport or a related industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental enquiries, customer requests and stakeholder communication
• Manage rental equipment allocations, agreements, deliveries, collections and off-hires
• Maintain fleet records, equipment availability, utilisations and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate transport, workshop repairs and equipment movements to meet operational requirements
• Process rental adjustments, credits, invoicing and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records and reporting while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
