Job summary

Lindsay Australia is seeking a Fleet Network Officer to join our national network. You will coordinate freight, oversee regional planning, and ensure compliance with NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight and logistics to keep deliveries on time.
• Oversee regional network planning and ensure smooth changeovers.
• Ensure compliance with NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards.
• Coordinate incident response with drivers and depots during disruptions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous network improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and generate reports.
• Conduct regular driver welfare check-ins and support wellbeing.
• Enforce company policies and operating standards across the team.

What You Bring:

Join our National Network Group as a Fleet Network Officer and play a critical role in our national network. Our National Network Group Manager is looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success.

• Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Transport experience or understanding of NHVR regulations is preferred with additional training available

What You’ll Do:

• Freight & Logistics Coordination – Keep deliveries running smoothly and on time.
• Regional Network Planning – Oversee and coordinate regional network to ensure deliveries and changeovers
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met.
• Incident Response – Ensure effective communication with Drivers and Depots to support incident response (e.g. blocked highways, road diversions or mechanical breakdowns)
• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for network improvement to support overall network performance
• Record Keeping & Reporting – Maintain compliance records and prepare reports.
• Driver Welfare – Conduct regular check-ins to support wellbeing.
• Process Enforcement – Uphold and guide other team members on company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
