Call Trucking Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to join our team at 9 Althea Way, Rockbank VIC 3335. The role focuses on vehicle procurement, maintenance, and efficient scheduling to support reliable transport services.

You will liaise with clients, coordinate bookings, and ensure safety and compliance while driving operational excellence and growth in our logistics operations.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of fleet management or logistics experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and compliance standards.

Mansioni

• Organise purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel.
• Liaise with clients to determine requirements and provide information on vehicle types, rates and obligations.
• Receive orders and bookings and plan transportation schedules.
• Ensure goods are stored and transported to maintain quality.
• Arrange collection and delivery of vehicles and goods.
• Maintain business records and prepare operational statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.

Known for delivering efficient and reliable transport and fleet services, we are committed to excellence in logistics coordination, vehicle management, and operational efficiency. Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Organising the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel Liaising with clients to determine requirements and providing customers with advice and information regarding vehicle type, purchase or hire rates and obligations and handling complaints Receiving orders and bookings, and planning and implementing transportation schedules Ensuring goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods Maintaining business records and preparing operational statements and reports Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience in transport scheduling, vehicle maintenance coordination, and client liaison Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and compliance standards
