Job summary

CSR Limited in Ingleburn, NSW, is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to coordinate daily transport operations, optimise schedules, and ensure compliance with transport regulations. You will work closely with transport partners, customers, and internal teams to drive efficient service delivery.

Ideal candidates have experience in transport planning or logistics coordination, strong knowledge of transport operations and CoR compliance, and hands-on experience with TMS systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of transport operations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with TMS systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily transport schedules.
• Allocate loads and delivery times to transport partners.
• Monitor transport performance and adjust schedules as required.
• Liaise with transport providers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and transport legislation.
• Analyse operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records within SAP TMS.
