Qualifications

• Experience in freight/logistics coordination preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to transport regulations.

Responsibilities

• Freight & Logistics Coordination - Keep deliveries running smoothly and on time.
• Regional Network Planning - Oversee and coordinate regional network to ensure deliveries and changeovers
• Compliance & Safety - Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met.
• Incident Response - Ensure effective communication with Drivers and Depots to support incident response (e.g. blocked highways, road diversions or mechanical breakdowns)
• Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for network improvement to support overall network performance
• Record Keeping & Reporting - Maintain compliance records and prepare reports.
• Driver Welfare - Conduct regular check-ins to support wellbeing.
• Process Enforcement - Uphold and guide other team members on company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
