Job summary

Oral Health Victoria is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage assets, vehicles and fleet infrastructure for the School Dental Program (SDP). This is an onsite role based in Melbourne, requiring attendance five days per week and a current Victorian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate asset and fleet records within the asset management system.
• Monitoring and coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance to minimise disruption to SDP operations.
• Managing repair work orders and contractor relationships, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
• Preparing vehicles for deployment, including inspections, cleaning coordination and quality assurance checks.
• Maintaining fleet services including fuel, toll and roadside assistance coverage.
• Processing traffic infringements and fleet‑related administrative tasks in a timely manner.
