We're looking for a sharp, switched on Fleet Controller to take the wheel of our container operation. This is the engine room of our business, and you'll be the one keeping it running smoothly. The Role

This is a full time role for a star Fleet Controller and genuine team player. You'll oversee the day to day running of our container fleet and be part of building something great.

Your responsibilities include:

• Reporting directly to the CEO
• Accurate and timely scheduling and booking of shipping container deliveries
• Monitoring a fleet of trucks and drivers
• Accurate and timely booking and allocation of container slots
• Monitoring and responding to client queries clearly and efficiently
• Communicating driver rosters accurately
• Using booking software including Freight Tracker, 1-Stop, Freightweb and more

What you'll bring

• Previous experience managing a fleet and a team
• Fleet operations and management know how
• Supervisory skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple things at once
• Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
• Experience with fleet management software
• Knowledge of Freight Tracker
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
