Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking an Allocator for our Orange Grove operations in WA. You will manage truck allocations, schedule orders, and liaise with sales and operations to optimise logistics and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on logistics experience in transport or construction, strong knowledge of the Perth metro area, and willingness to work varied shifts including Saturdays. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Fleet allocations and scheduling capability.
• Logistics experience including chain of responsibility, fatigue management and mass management knowledge.
• Experience in the transport or construction industry.
• Good knowledge on Perth metropolitan geographical area.
• Available to work varying shifts between our operating hours of 0600 - 1600 and rotating Saturdays 6am - 1pm.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Be prepared to work flexibly within a team and contribute to achieving shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and delivering flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunities.
• Developing and fostering effective intra/intercompany relationships with our delivery partners in sales and operations.
• Ensuring timely and accurate customer communications are aligned with effective allocations to exceed customer expectations.
• Forward planning to provide efficient and effective logistics and resource allocation.
• Facilitating order fulfilment through effective order scheduling to maximise volume, profitability and customer service.
• Ensuring key customers have service expectations consistently met and identifying additional sales and service opportunities.
