Qualifications

• Holding a qualification in commercial cookery or working towards one.
• Demonstrated experience in restaurants, events or hotels.
• Creativity, consistency and attention to detail in food presentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Responsibilities
