Job summary

The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney, part of Accor, is seeking a Demi Chef to join our culinary team. You will contribute to daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality dishes and supporting colleagues during busy service.

You'll work in a luxury hotel setting in The Rocks, with opportunities to develop skills through Accor's training platforms and grow your hospitality career worldwide.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced teams.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of designated kitchen area to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Bring creativity and passion to the work, setting a positive tone for colleagues.
• Adhere to health, safety and HACCP regulations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in preparing food orders.
