The William Inglis Hotel – MGallery South West Sydney, part of Accor, seeks talented chefs to join our culinary team across casual, part-time and full-time roles. You’ll work in a five‑star boutique setting with high-end events, weddings and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Qualified in commercial cookery or actively working towards one.
• Proven experience in high-end restaurants, events or hotels.
• Ability to present food creatively with consistency and detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with kitchen teams.
• Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards.
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver à la carte and banquet menus to high standards.
• Maintain high culinary standards across services.
• Manage prep, ordering and stock control.
• Uphold hygiene, food safety and equipment maintenance.
