Job summary

CBRE Sydney is seeking a Guest Relations Executive for a part-time 3-day-per-week role. You will be at the heart of a premium client floor, delivering exceptional front-of-house service and coordinating meetings, events, and daily operations.

The role focuses on client engagement, office presentation, and seamless administration in a high-visibility environment. Tuesdays to Thursdays on site in a recently refurbished CBD office.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Confident, polished, personable communicator.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments.
• High attention to detail across service, presentation and administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a five-star meet and greet experience for clients, visitors and employees.
• Assist with coordinating meetings and events, end-to-end room setup and catering.
• Monitor guest relations inbox and respond to enquiries efficiently.
• Maintain office presentation across kitchens, meeting spaces and common areas.
• Support with vendor orders, supplies, and processing invoices with high attention to detail.
