Devonshire in Australia is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Content Producer to join a fast-growing, purpose-led organisation at the intersection of fitness, sport and social impact. You will manage brand social channels, coordinate content and creator activity, and support community engagement across platforms.

The role combines social media management, content production, creator/athlete coordination and community management, with a focus on staying ahead of trends and delivering compelling

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, content or marketing.
• Experience managing brand social channels.
• Experience coordinating content, shoots or creator activity.
• Understanding of social trends and what drives performance.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Ability to build relationships with creators, athletes and partners.
• Interest in fitness, sport and purpose-led work.
• Familiar with using AI tools to improve content/workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day social publishing, scheduling and community engagement.
• Identify and build relationships with creators, athletes and ambassadors.
• Coordinate shoots and content opportunities.
• Manage content calendars, briefs and asset handovers.
• Spot trends, formats and opportunities across social platforms.
• Monitor performance and share insights with the team.
• Support content ideas, captions, DMs and partner communications.
• Work closely with editors and designers to keep content moving.
