Qualificações

• Minimum experience as Construction Engineer or Project Engineer in commercial fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, refurbishment and construction methods.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple trade packages.
• Solid procurement and project coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive approach in a fast-paced site environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage subcontractor packages across fit-out disciplines.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and engagement of subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications and scopes of work for accuracy.
• Coordinate site activities to align with project programmes.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance on site.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries and project documentation.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction issues with practical site solutions.
• Track costs, variations and project reporting.
