Job summary

Clarence Valley Council is seeking a Customer Experience Officer (First Nations) to strengthen the link between the community and the council. You will foster creative, positive connections while keeping a professional and friendly approach to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

You will contribute to a council-wide customer experience improvement program, including enhanced service standards, to deliver meaningful outcomes for residents and Aboriginal communities within the Clarence

Qualifications

• Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service or related area or relevant industry experience.
• A current Class C Driver’s Licence.
• Approval for Clarence Valley Council to undertake a Criminal History Check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key link between the community and council to support customer experience improvements.
• Contribute to delivering an enhanced service standard through the customer experience program.
