Job summary

Clarence Valley Council is seeking an experienced Open Spaces & Facilities professional to lead the strategic planning, development and delivery of open spaces, parks and community infrastructure across the Clarence Valley. Located in South Grafton, NSW, the role offers permanent full-time employment, a 70-hour fortnight schedule, and flexible work options with a leaseback vehicle.

Clarence Valley Council is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead the strategic planning, development and delivery of initiatives that enhance our diverse network of parks, sporting facilities, open spaces and community infrastructure.

Working within the Open Spaces & Facilities team, you will coordinate the development of strategies, masterplans, asset management plans and capital works projects that help shape the future of open spaces across the Clarence Valley. You will also work closely with community groups, government agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver practical and sustainable outcomes for our communities.

This position is located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future. A probation period applies to this position.
