Job summary

First Aid Coach Sydney is seeking a dedicated First Aid Trainer to deliver high-quality First Aid and CPR courses at our Newcastle Maitland training hub, with travel to client sites across the Centre Coast and Maitland area. Weekend availability is essential to meet client demand.

You will be engaging, professional, and reliable, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and comfortable representing the organisation across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Weekend availability is essential.
• Friendly, professional, and engaging training style.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-presented, organised, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging First Aid and CPR training.
• Create a supportive and interactive learning environment.

About Us

First Aid Coach Group Australia (RTO 46588) is one of New South Wales' leading first aid training providers. We're expanding and looking for passionate, engaging trainers to join our professional and supportive team.

This role is primarily based at our new Newcastle training centre, with regular opportunities to deliver onsite training at client workplaces across Centre Coast and Maitland aera. We provide all teaching materials, equipment, and uniforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Friendly, professional, and engaging training style
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Well-presented, organised, and reliable
• Available to work on weekends is essential
• Background in first aid or healthcare is desirable but not essential
