Job summary

Just Careers Training Pty Ltd t/as Licences 4 Work is seeking experienced trainers to deliver high-quality First Aid and White Card training at our Newcastle facility and on client sites.

You will assess and train across national high-risk and safety courses, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with RTO standards. Competitive rates and clear career progression await in a growing national business.

Qualifications

• Competency in at least one of the listed units (First Aid/White Card or related training).
• Demonstrated industry experience with current skills and knowledge.
• Experience delivering training in a formal environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment.
• Ensure training aligns with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and assessment records.
• Support learners through quality training, assessment and feedback.
• Stay current with industry practices, legislation, equipment updates and best practices.
• Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

Whether you are already working as a trainer or are an experienced industry professional ready to transition into training, we want to hear from you.

The following courses are currently on scope:

• Provide First Aid (HLTAID009 - 012)
• Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry (CPCCWHS2001)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
• Ensure all training is delivered in line with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and assessment records
• Support learners through quality training, assessment and feedback
• Keep current with industry practices, legislation, equipment updates and best practice
• Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home

What You’ll Need

• Competency in at least one of the units listed above
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• Demonstrated relevant industry experience, with the ability to show current industry skills and knowledge
• Experience delivering training in a formal training environment
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• A professional, reliable and learner-focused approach
