Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking experienced Trainers & Assessors to deliver First Aid courses across Penrith and surrounds in NSW. You will conduct face-to-face training, assess participants, keep up with current first aid standards and provide flexible options.

Requirements include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, ongoing PD, current WWCC and a valid driver’s license with own vehicle. You must be an excellent communicator, well presented, and passionate about creating skilled and confident

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Qualified to teach First Aid with current TAE certs.
• Evidence of PD and industry currency, WWCC current.

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced, energetic, motivated, confident, and passionate Trainers & Assessors to provide First Aid training across Penrith and surrounds.

HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid

HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

About the role

You must be an excellent communicator, well presented, passionate, creative, and innovative. As well as fun, flexible and willing to support our participants one on on in the classroom. We are looking for trainers with the relevant qualifications, industry experience and a passion for creating our nations First Responders in an emergency.

You will be responsible for :

• Face to face delivery of First Aid courses
• Marking and recording assessments
• Providing high quality, flexible training options
• Keeping up with industry trends and legislative changes
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116, TAE40122) or equivalent
• Evidence of Professional Development and Industry Currency
