Job summary

Wyn&Co is recruiting a Fire Service Manager to take ownership of the Central Coast service operation and guide growth. You will oversee delivery, testing, defects and client requirements while leading the service team and expanding the client base.

Based on the Central Coast with flexible working arrangements, the role combines hands-on management with strong commercial accountability and autonomy to drive the division’s performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire protection / commercial fire services.
• Experience managing service operations, contracts or teams.
• Strong client management and commercial skills.
• Business development or account management experience.
• Confident identifying and securing new business.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day service operation.
• Manage existing commercial service clients and contracts.
• Oversee service delivery, testing, defects and client requirements.
• Support and manage the existing service team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Develop new business and bring new clients into the business.
• Improve processes and structure as the division continues to grow.
• Work closely with the wider business to ensure effective service delivery.
