Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a strong, practical leader with experience running field operations.
• Ability to plan crews, equipment and upcoming projects.
• Proven track record of improving productivity and managing costs.

• Leading and supporting field crews and operational staff
• Planning crews, equipment and upcoming projects
• Making sure jobs are properly prepared before mobilisation
• Solving operational issues quickly and practically
• Building accountability while maintaining a strong team culture
• Recruiting, developing and retaining good people
• Improving productivity, utilisation and job performance
• Managing routine client communication and project issues
• Identifying unnecessary costs, downtime and inefficiencies
• Helping develop supervisors and future leaders within the business
• Working closely with the Director on growth and business improvement
