Job summary

The Onset Group in Australia seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist for a fintech client on a 6‑month fixed-term contract. You will own customer acquisition across paid and organic channels and drive growth through campaign optimisation.

You will collaborate with product, data and design teams to improve results, manage budgets and external agencies, and implement a CRO/experimentation roadmap to lift conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing within fintech is preferred.
• Strong SEO/SEM experience; affiliate marketing a plus.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and GA4; knowledge of GTM and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Customer acquisition and channel performance: plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across paid and organic channels; manage budgets and external agencies.
• Conversion and experimentation: build and execute CRO/A/B testing roadmap across landing pages and funnels; turn insights into improvements.
• Measurement and optimisation: track funnel performance, maintain dashboards, inform investment and campaign decisions.
