Job summary

The Onset Group in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist for a six-month fixed-term contract. You will own customer acquisition across paid and organic channels, while driving growth through campaign optimisation, CRO and experimentation.

You’ll report to the Growth Marketing Lead and collaborate with product, data and design teams, as well as external agencies, to test ideas and leverage AI tools for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital/performance marketing, fintech or financial services preferred.
• Strong SEO and SEM experience; affiliate marketing a plus.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and GA4; knowledge of GTM and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own customer acquisition across paid and organic channels.
• Lead CRO and A/B testing to optimise funnels and pages.
• Track performance, maintain dashboards, and inform channel investments.
