We seek talented culinary professionals—from passionate Commis Chefs to experienced Demi, Partie, and Sous Chefs—to help deliver exceptional, meticulously presented dishes at our prestigious Sunshine Coast venue.

Competenze

• 1+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and sections.
• Experience in a busy and professional environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with a passion for well executed food.
• Course completion of hygienic practices for food safety and safe handling.
• Openness and honesty, Humility, and Integrity.
• Positivity and a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work autonomously and supportively for the team.
• Flexibility & availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
