Job summary

First Focus seeks a Legal Technology Consultant to help law firms confidently navigate AI, cybersecurity, managed IT and cloud transformation. You will own the client relationship through qualification to close, translating technology into practical outcomes for managing partners and legal leaders.

You’ll work with boutique to mid-sized firms, typically 20–250 users, guiding technology strategy and secure adoption of AI and cloud services while maintaining confidentiality and professional

Qualifications

• Five years or more in consultative B2B sales, solution consulting or tech consulting.
• Experience selling to law firms or professional services.
• Experience with managed services, legal tech, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or document management platforms.
• Comfort engaging with Managing Partners, Practice Managers, or IT decision-makers.
• Strong discovery, qualification and proposal development skills.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate tech into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial conversation from qualification to proposal and close.
• Translate cybersecurity, AI, cloud and managed services into tangible outcomes for partners and leaders.
• Write clear, credible proposals that explain the business case for change.
• Manage client relationships and handovers to delivery teams after close.
